The One Change That Transformed My Dinner Routine 💥

Hi, Reader,

I'll never forget the first time I tried meal planning. I was overwhelmed, stressed about dinner every single day, and tired of the "what's for dinner?" question. Sound familiar?

Here's what changed everything for me: I stopped trying to plan complicated meals and started with the basics. I created simple categories for each day of the week - like Taco Tuesday, Soup Wednesday, Pasta Thursday - you get the idea.

This simple framework took all the decision fatigue out of dinner. Instead of staring at my pantry at 4pm wondering what to make, I already knew it was taco night. I just had to decide which version of tacos to make.

In my free Meal Planning 101 guide, I walk you through exactly how to create these categories and build your own master recipe lists. It's the same system I've used for years to feed my family of seven without losing my mind!

And here are 10 recipes (9 main dishes and 1 side) that will fit into just about any meal plan.
